The applicants in both these applications pray for condonation of delay of four years in filing the application for bringing the legal representatives of the deceased respondent - Mahamad Murtuja Mushatak Hussen Bhaldar. Mr. Mantri, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the legal representatives prays for heavy costs.

Considering the above, both these civil applications are allowed. The delay of four years is condoned and considering that the applicants are ladies, 1 / 2
905_CA423317.odt costs of Rs.1,500/- is imposed. Mr. Mantri, learned Counsel submits that the said amount may be deposited to the Advocate Association's Bar Library, Bombay High Court, Aurangabad Bench. As such, the applicants shall deposit the said amount with the Advocate Association's Bar Library, Bombay High Court, Aurangabad Bench within a period of four weeks and after producing the receipt of the same before the office, shall bring the legal representatives of the deceased respondent on record in the writ petition. 3.
After compliance of the above directions, list the writ petition for final hearing on 24th August, 2017. If the above directions are not complied with, both these civil applications shall stand dismissed and the writ petition shall stand abated without reference to the Court.
