The present application is filed to bring the legal heirs of Respondent No.5 on record.

Heard learned counsel for the applicant/appellant and respondents.

The legal heirs of Respondent No.5 has taken out separate application to bring them on record in cross objection filed arising out of the same appeal and same is allowed by separate orders passed in the matter. So also the order of the Registrar

9192.19CAST.odt dismissing the appeal also set aside by separate order passed in Civil Application No.3980/2019. In that view, the present application also deserves to be allowed. Accordingly, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses "(a), (b) and (c). Necessary substitution be carried out within two weeks from today.
