Learned Advocate for the applicants/petitioners submits that the Learned Registrar had refused registration to the writ petition by order dated 23/07/2012. The said writ petition is already rendered infructuous. Therefore, he prays that the order of the Registrar may be set aside by allowing this civil application and the writ petition may be disposed of as being infructuous, which statement he is making on instructions.

Since the order of the learned Registrar dated 23/07/2012 has khs/NOV. 2017/11734
led to the refusal of registration to the writ petition which is at a prenotice stage, we are allowing this civil application in the light of the above statement. The order of the learned Registrar dated 23/07/2012 is set aside and the writ petition is restored. 4.
Considering the statement made on instructions in the light of the subsequent events, the writ petition is rendered infructuous and stands disposed off.
