This is an application for direction to list the main appeal for final hearing. All convicted accused are on bail. 2.

There are many appeals in which the accused are in jail and they are required to be taken up on priority basis. At this stage, the application cannot be allowed. The application is dismissed with liberty to the applicant to renew his prayer after reasonable period. If the applicant has any grievance in respect of any incident of threats etc. the applicant is at liberty to approach the police with such grievance.
