Petitioner is awaiting decision of the respondent/Education Officer (Primary) for his appoint as assistant teacher in the school being run by respondent No. 3. It appears that his proposal has been forwarded by the Head Master of the school initially on 28 November 2014 Exhibit - C and even thereafter. 2.

We dispose of the petition by directing the respondent No. 2/Education Officer (Primary), Zilla Parishad, Latur to consider and decide the proposal, if it has not been already decided, as expeditiously as possible and in any case within a period of six

(06) weeks from today.
