The present appeals are filed for enhancement with the applications for condonation of delay. Notices issued in the applications and

2 1010&1011 the learned AGP appears for respondents no.1 and 2.

For the reasons stated in the civil applications for condonation of delay that the applicants are poor agriculturists and their lands are compulsorily acquired and they do no have any source of livelihood, the delay has occurred in filing the first appeals. In view of the same the delay of 238, 269 and 284 days caused in filing the respective first appeals is condoned. The civil applications for condonation of delay are disposed of.
