By way of this application, the petitioner intends to carry out an amendment in the petition, which is being contested by the learned advocate for respondent no. 4.

When the petition is still to be admitted, irrespective of the correctness or otherwise of the proposed amendment, no prejudice is likely to be caused to respondent no. 4, who can very well file an additional affidavit to contest the additional portion.
