Petitioners have informed that charge-sheet has already been presented to the trial Court. Earlier writ petitions presented by petitioners were disposed of with liberty to petitioners to take appropriate steps for redressal of their grievances after presentation of charge-sheet by the Investigating Officer. Since charge-sheet has already been presented, it is open for the petitioners to approach Trial Court with appropriate application seeking discharge. Keeping the option to avail of alternate remedies available in law open for the petitioner, instant criminal writ petition stands disposed of.
