This application takes exception only to the F.I.R. The learned A.P.P. appearing for respondent no.1 submits that the Charge Sheet has been filed. Since the Charge Sheet has been filed, we are not inclined to entertain this application. The application stands rejected.

In case the applicant is advised, he may avail the appropriate available under the law for discharge before the concerned Court.
