1] The contention of the petitioner is that the petitioner had applied to the Competent Authority after the award is passed by the Arbitrator for payment of interest and solatium.

2] Learned Additional G.P. appears for respondent no.1. Mr.Patale, learned counsel appears for respondent no.2.

Respondent no.2 shall consider the maintainability of the application and all aspects of the matter on its own merits.
