DATED : 27th MARCH, 2015 P.C. :- Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to tender an appropriate application making out a grievance in respect of rejection of nomination paper to the Election Committee. If the petitioner tenders representation/ application setting forth his grievance to the Election Committee, the Election Committee shall have liberty to consider the same in accordance with the established procedure. With the liberty as stated above, writ petition is permitted to be withdrawn and disposed of as such.
