The appellant - acquiring body intends to challenge the enhancement in the compensation granted by the reference Court, however there is delay.

Learned advocate appearing for respondent is strongly objecting to the application. However taking into consideration the liberal view that is required to be taken in delay condonation applications and for the reasons stated in the application, the delay is hereby condoned. Civil application stands allowed and disposed of accordingly. 4.
