ORDER

Heard rival submissions.

The applicants are seeking condonation of delay of 712 days which appear to be caused due to their poor financial condition.

Learned counsel for the respondent/Insurance Company though opposed the application, but considering the statutory right of the applicants and for the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed and the delay of 712 days stands condoned subject to cost of Rs. 1,000/-to be deposited with the Registry of this Court for utilization of High Court Dispensary, Bench at Aurangabad.

It is made clear that the applicants shall not claim any interest for the aforesaid period of delay.

The appeal be placed for admission after removal of office objections, if any.
