2] Admittedly, the petitioner has filed Writ Petition Stamp No.24856/2016, challenging the very same order i.e. order dated 26.01.2015 passed by Disciplinary Authority DSC / BSL, and confirmed by the Chief Security Commissioner, RPF, Mumbai CST dated 19.02.2016.

3] The issue raised in the present Petition is the same, which is already raised

13511.18WP.odt in Writ Petition Stamp No.24856/2016.

Learned counsel appearing for the respondents rightly raised the preliminary objection about maintainability of the second Petition, challenging the aforesaid order when the same is already under challenge in Writ Petition stamp No. 24856 of 2016.

4] In that view of the matter, it would be appropriate for the petitioner to take appropriate steps to get restored the said Writ Petition i.e. Writ Petition Stamp No.24856 of 2016.

5] This Writ Petition stands disposed of, without expressing any opinion in respect of the contentions raised in this Petition or the annexures annexed to the Petition.
