PER COURT :- 1.
In the light of paragraph No.14 of the judgment delivered by this Court on 28.2.2014 in Writ Petition Nos.5783 of 2012 and 5787 of 2012, it was ordered as under:- "14.
In the light of the above, both the petitions are partly allowed and disposed of. The petitioners are directed to pay an amount of Rs.3,00,000/- (Rs. Three Lac only) as compensation in lieu of the impugned award to the respondent Smt. Khamarbee Babamiya Shaikh and an amount of Rs.3,50,000/- (Rs. Three lac fifty thousand only) to the respondent Smt. Lochanbai Pralhad Dhawale. The petitioners shall pay this amount within a period of 16 (sixteen) weeks from today. The impugned Awards stand modified in these terms."

The respondent / State has placed on record copies of the two cheques, dated 14.9.2015, drawn in favour of both the petitioners for amounts of Rs. 3,50,000/- and Rs.3,00,000/- respectively. Both the copies are taken on record and marked as Exhibit "X" collectively. akl/d

Shri Shelke has placed on record copies of UID (Aadhar) of both the petitioners, duly signed by them and identified by him. Same are marked as Exhibit "Y" collectively for identification.

Learned AGP has handed over the two cheques to Shri Shelke. 5.
Both the petitioners are present in the Court and who have received the cheques.

Shri Shelke, therefore, submits that both these petitions can be disposed off as the orders have been complied with. 7.
