ORDER:

It is submitted that the validation proceeding is pending since the year 2013. The learned counsel submits that, the vigilance report is not served upon the petitioner. The petitioner is a student of 2nd year BE (Civil) course.

Considering the fact that the validation proceeding is pending, we pass the following order.

ORDER

(i) The respondent-Committee shall decide the caste claim of the petitioner within a period of six months.

2 Sr67WP3321.2018 (ii) The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 04.05.2018.

(iii) The petitioner shall cooperate in expeditious disposal of the proceeding.

(iv) The respondent - Institution shall not refrain the petitioner from appearing for examination of 2nd year BE (Civil) course and shall declare the result of the same in case there is no other impediment, only on the ground that the validation proceeding is pending.
