The learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners had approached respondent no.4 for determination of compensation. The same is pending since August 2020.

Learned A.G.P. appears for respondents no.1, 3 and 4. 3.

In case the application filed by the petitioners is maintainable before the respondent no.4, then respondent no.4 shall decide it in accordance with law, after hearing all the parties concerned expeditiously, preferably within six months. Respondent no.4 shall consider the stand put forth by the petitioners as well as by the Maharashtra State Electricity Transmission Co.Ltd. on its own merits.
