16 year old boy lost the life. Prima facie, it appears that the Tribunal has assessed the correct compensation. The claimants were parents. Hence, the following order :

ORDER

(i) The application is allowed.

(ii) The applicants are allowed to withdraw the entire amount of compensation deposited with this Court with interest on undertaking that they would deposit the money if the impugned judgment and award is reversed.
