JULY 25, 2024 ORDER :- Learned counsel for the applicant submits that he was engaged before another Court and therefore, could not appear before the Division Bench in Criminal Writ No.801 of 2021, when it was listed on 12.03.2024. He submits that the petition was dismissed for want of prosecution by order dated 12.03.2024 since he could not appear in the matter.

We have perused the application and the record. No notice was issued in Criminal Writ Petition No.801 of 2021. Considering the reasons mention in the application, we proceed to pass the following order:-

The application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (B), subject to applicant's depositing costs of Rs.1,000/- (Rupees One Thousand), within one week.
