Now, the original claimants and the owner of the vehicle have arrived at an understanding. The memo of compromise, duly verified by the Section Officer of this Court is taken on record and marked "X" for identification.

I, therefore, endorse the compromise and dispose of the appeal in terms thereof.

The amount in deposit with interest accrued thereon with this Court be paid to the original claimants/respondents in terms or the compromise and the balance amount, if any, be paid back to the appellant/owner of the vehicle.
