At the outset, learned Counsel Shri S.J. Salunke fairly submits that in view of fling of the charge-sheet in the present matter, permission be given to him to withdraw the present application. He submits that liberty be given to the applicants to fle fresh application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure to challenge the charge-sheet. 2.

His statement is accepted.
