After arguing the matter for some time, learned counsel for the appellant prays for unconditional withdrawal of this appeal. His only request is that the trial be expedited. Considering this request, the appeal is allowed to be withdrawn unconditionally and disposed of. 2.

Considering that the appellant is arrested on 31.7.2019 and almost three years have passed, the trial court is directed that the efforts should be made to conclude the trial as far as possible within nine months from today.

Since Mrs. Gunjal is appointed to represent the cause of respondent No.3 through the legal aid, her legal fees shall be paid by the High Court Legal Services Sub Committee, Aurangabad, as per Rules.
