By the first application, the applicants/original petitioners pray for leave to bring the LR's of deceased respondent No.1 Bhika Rajaram Paikade on record. Learned Advocate for the non-applicants does not oppose.

This application is, therefore, allowed. The LR's of deceased Bhika, who are mentioned in paragraph No.6 of the civil application, be brought on record within a period of 2 weeks from today. Mr.Patil, learned Advocate waives notice on behalf of the added respondents who are LR's of deceased Bhika.
