Learned Counsel Mr.Katneshwarkar appearing for Respondents No.2 to 5, on instructions, submits that during pendency of this petition, the objection petition fled by the petitioners came to be rejected. In view of the same, instant writ petition, which is preferred against the rejection of the application fled by the petitioner, seeking interim stay pending objection petition, has

The learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioners has also not disputed the same. The learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioner would submit an appeal against the order of rejection of objection petition.
