The applicant/claimant is seeking condonation of delay of 713 days in filing Cross Objections for enhancement of compensation. The appeal of the M.S.R.T.C is already registered. As such, the application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause (B) subject to condition that the applicant/claimant shall not claim any interest for the aforesaid period of delay on the enhanced compensation, if granted.
