Perused the record and proceeding. The present C.A. is filed by the applicant for bringing the legal heirs of deceased appellant no.1. It has been mainly contended by the applicant that the appellant no.1 Sakharam Bapuji Pimpale died on 9th February 2015 leaving behind his legal heirs i.e. applicant nos.3 to 7. The application for bringing the legal heirs on record has been filed by the applicants on 27th March 2015. Copy of death certificate is filed on record. It is seen from the copy of death certificate that Sakharam Bapuji Pimpale died on 9th February 2015. There is no contest to this CA. This CA is in time. Thus, I find no difficulty to pass following order. C.A. No.11880/2015 is hereby allowed.

The applicants are permitted to bring on record the legal heirs of deceased appellant no.1 Sakharam Bapuji Pimpale as contended in para-4 of this application.
