PER COURT :- Learned counsel for the applicants seeks stay to the effect and operation of Judgment and decree dated 20th February, 2015 passed by the Jt. Civil Judge, Senior Division, Omerga in Land Acquisition Reference No. 99 of 2008 and states that applicant would deposit the entire decreetal amount in this court within 12 weeks without fail. The statement is accepted, as and by way of undertaking to this Court. Civil Application is accordingly made absolute in terms of prayer clause 'A' on the condition that the entire decreetal amount will be deposited in this Court within twelve weeks from today.
