Today, the learned Advocate for the Respondent No.5 mentioned the matter. This Court has already pronounced the judgment yesterday. The learned Advocate for the Respondent No.5 prays for stay to the effect of order passed yesterday by which this Court has allowed the petition.

This request is vehemently opposed by the learned Advocate for

Ethape ( 2 ) WP-3913-2025 the petitioner as well as learned Advocate for the Respondent-Election Authority.

However, considering that the matter pertains to the election, there shall be stay to the effect of the order for a period of two weeks from today.
