3] Considering the fact that the petitioner is exploring the possibility of admission to professional course, the Committee shall endeavour to decide the validation proceeding as expeditiously as possible and preferably by 28th October, 2020. The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 23rd September, 2020 and cooperate for expeditious disposal of the validation proceeding. 4] Writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
