Present application is filed for withdrawal of amount along with interest thereon.

The learned Advocate for the applicants submits that, the First Appeal No.898/2010 is decided against the MSRTC by order dated 07/08/2019 and there is no appeal preferred against the said decision. During the pendency of the appeal stay was granted subject to deposit of entire amount as directed by the Tribunal 3.

The learned Advocate for Insurance Company submits that there is no further proceeding filed and he has no objection. 4.

For the reasons stated, the learned Advocate for the Insurance Company has not opposed the application.

In view of the same, the application is allowed and the applicants are permitted to withdraw the amount deposited in this Court in equal apportionment.

The application is disposed of accordingly.
