The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits that the original defective 'Mannervarlu' Scheduled Tribe certificate is with the Petitioner. The Petitioner submits that the same would be tendered to Respondent No.2 within 30 days.

In view of the above, Respondent No.2 would verify the genuineness of the surrendered certificate and if the same is in order, an appropriate corrected certificate in Form C shall be issued to the Petitioner, within 15 days thereafter.
