Present petition can be disposed off as the petitioner seeks directions against respondent no.2 to decide his Tribe claim. 2.

Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that vigilance inquiry has been done and report has been submitted on 10.11.2022. Reply has also been given by him on 18.10.2023. 3.

Learned AGP, after waiving the notice for both the respondents, makes a statement on instructions that matter is kept for hearing on 23.4.2024 and submits that the Tribe Claim can be decided within a period of four (4) months from the date of hearing. The statement is accepted as an undertaking to this Court.

In view of the said statement in form of undertaking, Petition stands disposed off accordingly.
