The petitioner has challenged the order dated 08-03-2021 passed by the Superintendent, Aurangabad Central Jail, vide which, the application of the petitioner seeking emergency parole under Rule 19(1)(C) of the Maharashtra Prisons (Mumbai Furlough and Parole) Rules, 1959 has been rejected. 2.

The learned advocate for the petitioners submits, on instructions, that the Superintendent has withdrawn the impugned order and has passed a fresh order, thereby allowing the application of the petitioner. This petition is, therefore, rendered infructuous. 3.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed of as being infructuous.
