Inspite of the order passed by the Deputy Collector, Beed on 31.10.2012 to pay rental compensation in case of similarly situated persons, no such order appears to be passed in case of the petitioners though they are identically situated.

Learned A.G.P. has placed on record copy of communication dated 05.12.2025 addressed by S.L.A.O., Beed to Executive Engineer/Respondent No.3 calling upon the information in respect of petitioners as to whether any rental compensation is paid to the petitioners.

The lapses on the part of the respondents are writ large on the face of record. Though, other similarly situated persons were awarded rental compensation at that point of time, till date the petitioners are deprived of the same. We, therefore, direct the respondents to pay rental compensation to the petitioners within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of this order along with
