Today the learned Addl. Public Prosecutor produced on

2 Cri.W.P. No. 445/2020 record the report of the Police Inspector, Shevgaon Police Station, dated 23rd November 2020. The report shows that the charge-sheet is filed against three persons, like, Shyamsundar Dhoot, Devilal Bihani and Sandip Chintaman. The grievance of the petitioner against Revenue Officers, Officers of the Supply Department, can be considered even by the Trial Court if there is material to show that they had hands in gloves with aforesaid three persons. Learned Counsel Shri Shaikh Mazhar Jahagirdar for the petitioner wants time to go through the charge-sheet and the report. The present proceeding is filed for transfer of investigation of Crime Regn. No. 512 of 2020, which was registered for offences punishable under sections 3 & 7 of the Essential Commodities Act, 1955 and section 419, etc. of the Indian Penal Code.

The charge-sheet is filed for these offences and offences punishable under the Indian Penal Code also, like, 419, 468, 471, 34 of I.P.C It is also filed U/s. 33 of the Food Safety and Standards Act, 2006.
