The learned counsel submits that the application of the petitioner for up-gradation of his post is pending with Education Officer since January 2020, no cognizance is taken of the same. 2.

The learned A.G.P. accepts notice for respondent nos.1 to 3.

In case, application of the petitioner for up-gradation of his post is pending with respondent no.3, then respondent no.3 shall take decision upon it in accordance with law and preferably within a period of (06) six months.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
