It is submitted that the proposal was given for increase of intake capacity of GNM course. Respondent no.2 Board had conducted the inspection and submitted report to the Government, but no decisions has been taken as yet. 2.

Mr. Narwadkar, learned counsel for respondent no.2 submits that respondent no.2 had completed the proposal and submitted the report to the Government and it is pending with the Government. AGP appears for respondent nos. 1 & 3.

In case the proposal for extension of intake capacity of petitioner's college is pending with the Government, then Government / its authority shall take decision upon it, on its own merit in accordance with the law and policy, preferably for academic year 2021-2022.
