The grievance of the petitioners is about non-payment of earned leave encashment. The petitioners can approach the Grievance

Committee for redressal as it is a statutory body.

In case the petitioners approach the Grievance Committee for redressal of their grievance, the Grievance Committee shall decide the applications, that may be filed by the petitioners for earned leave encashment expeditiously, preferably within six (6) months from the date of the receipt of the applications after hearing the petitioners.

The Writ Petitions are disposed of. No costs.
