Heard the rival submissions. The respondent No.2Acquiring Body though served, remained absent. 2.

This is an application for direction to the respondents to deposit the amount of compensation in terms of the impugned judgment and award. However, the appeal is fled by the original claimants and there is no prohibition for them to pursue the remedy of execution of the impugned judgment and order against respondent No. 2 Acquiring Body.
