Present civil application is filed seeking leave to amend and add party on the ground that after filing of writ petition and during the pendency subsequent events have taken place, such as issuance of notice by the employer.

We have heard the learned counsel for the proposed party and the learned Assistant Government Pleader. 3.

Even otherwise non applicants will have every right to

Considering the above, the civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clause "A". Necessary amendment be carried out within fourteen 14 days from today. The civil application is disposed of.
