Having heard the learned advocate for the petitioner for some time and having perused the petition paper book, the record reveals that the petitioner himself addressed the Principal of the College vide communication dated 15.6.2018, stating therein that the name of the petitioner has been removed from the muster roll by the college. The learned advocate now submits that since then the petitioner is not allowed to join duties. This would amount to deemed termination.

The learned advocate for the petitioner submits on instructions that the petitioner desires to approach the University Tribunal for challenging the termination.

Considering the above, this writ petition is disposed off. The time spent by the petitioner in this Court from 23.3.2022 till passing of this order, would be a ground for condonation of delay. 4.
