1 W.P.3681.15
IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT BOMBAY
BENCH AT AURANGABAD WRIT PETITION NO. 3681 OF 2015 Sunil Baburao Mane ...PETITIONER versus The State of Maharashtra & ors.
...RESPONDENTS .....
Mr. V.G. Sakolkar, Advocate for Petitioner Mr. D.B. Bhange, A.G.P. for respondents No.1 to 3 .....
CORAM : SUNIL P. DESHMUKH, J.
DATED : 6th APRIL, 2015 Order :- 1.
Heard learned counsel for petitioner.
2.
Taking into account impugned order, it appears that respondents No. 4 and 5 have submitted no objection from their respective employers to contest ensuing election to the Yeshwant Urban Co-operative Bank, Latur. Though, learned counsel for petitioner challenges authenticity of the documents, Election Officer may not be able to decide the authenticity of the documents unless those are patently unacceptable.
2 W.P.3681.15 3.
In such situation, no fault can be found in impugned order in the petition. As such, petition stands disposed of. However, it would be open for the petitioner to raise appropriate objection at appropriate stage on this ground, if so advised including in an election petition.
4.
Writ Petition, as such, stands disposed of accordingly. Sd/- ( SUNIL P. DESHMUKH, J. ) MTK
