The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the proposal is given seeking approval to the appointment of petitioners and the same is pending with the Education Officer. 2] The learned AGP accepts notice for respondents 1 to 3 and submits that in case proposal is pending, the Education Officer shall decide it on its own merits. In case proposal seeking approval to appointment of petitioners is forwarded, the Education Officer shall decide it on its own merits in accordance with law expeditiously within four months.
