PER COURT :- While dealing with Writ Petition No.3467 of 2015, a direction has already been issued for staying the meeting for conducting elections of Deputy Chairman of Panchayat Samiti. Learned Government Pleader appearing for the State informs, on instructions that, the elections of Deputy Chairman of Panchayat Samitis in the district, have been stayed, by the Collector, in view of the order passed by this Court in the writ petition referred to above. The petitioner, in this petition, is raising objection as regards entitlement of some of the members to participate in the meeting. Since the meeting itself is postponed, it would be open for the petitioner to raise appropriate objection as and when cause of action accrues.
