Learned A.G.P. waives notice for respondent Nos. 1 and 4. Mr Sant, learned advocate waives notice for respondent No.3. 2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the corrected tribe certificate is submitted to the Committee on 26th March, 2018. The result of the petitioner of 3rd year (I) M.B.B.S. Examination is withheld.

The Respondent No.4 - Committee shall decide the validation proceeding within six months from the date of

911wp3318-18 appearance of the petitioner. The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 11th April, 2018.

The respondent Nos. 2 and 3 shall not withhold the result of the petitioner's examination only on the ground that the validation proceeding is pending.

5.

In case the petitioner is otherwise eligible, the respondent Nos.2 and 3 shall allow the petitioner to prosecute the further study.

The respondent Nos. 2 and 3 may take further course of action depending upon the judgment that would be delivered by the Committee in validation proceedings. 7.

The respondent Nos. 2 and 3 may take stock of the situation after six months.

8.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
