The learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the proposal seeking approval to the appointment of petitioner as Shikshan Sevak is pending with the Education Officer since October 2018.

2] The learned AGP accepts notice for respondents 1 to 3 and submits that if in case proposal seeking approval to the appointment of petitioner is pending, the same shall be decided on its own merits. 3] In case the proposal is filed and the same is pending with the Education Officer(Exh.D) then the Education Officer shall take decision upon it in accordance with law and policy expeditiously within four months.

4] Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
