The applicant seeks to condone the delay caused in filing the appeal against the award passed by the Tribunal. 3.

Perusal of the application shows that delay is occasioned on account of administrative and procedural reasons, which are not controverted by respondent by filing affidavit. 4.

In that view of the matter, case is made out to condone the delay. Hence, application/s are allowed. Delay caused in filing the appeal is condoned. Civil applications stand disposed of.

Appeal be registered subject to removal of office objections. On registration of appeal, issue notice to the Respondents. Mr. Ghatol Patil learned counsel waives notice for respondent nos. 1 to 3.
