Heard. The Commissioner of Sugar, Maharashtra State, Pune, vide its order dated 23.10.2021, cancelled the order directing recovery of Rs. 796.51 lakhs towards interest, since 6090 sugarcane suppliers waived their right to claim 15% interest. 2.

The petitioner may challenge the aforesaid decision by filing appropriate proceedings. Contempt Petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
