The husband and the wife have impugned the judgment and order. However, 46 day's delay caused in filing revision application. The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the reasons for delay were beyond the control of the applicant. Hence, the delay may be condoned.

Per contra, the learned counsel for the respondent/wife opposed the application. He would submit that the grounds for delay are not sufficient to condone the delay. 3.

Perused the application. For the reasons given in the application, the Court is of the view that the delay is liable to be condoned. Hence, the order :- i) The application is allowed. The delay caused in filing revision application stands condoned.

ii) Registry to register the revision application. iii) On registration, issue notice to the respondent, returnable on 04.05.2023.

iv) Mr. Nagarsoge h/f. Mr. Kurundkar, learned counsel waives service of notice for respondent.
