Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, on instructions, submits that, during the pendency of this writ petition, the suit bearing R.C.S. No.24 of 2004 came to be disposed off by Civil Judge J.D. Purna by judgment and decree dated 4.2.2019 and respondent/defendant has preferred the appeal against the said judgment and decree passed by the trial court, which is still pending. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has placed on record the copy of the judgment and order passed in R.C.S.No.24 of 2004 dated 4.2.2019.
